I'm signing off for a few days! I'm going to spend some time with my extended family, doing the Danish stuff like

• Having "æbleskiver with gløgg" at what translates to "Small Christmas Eve" on the 23th
• Sing and dance around the Christmas tree on the 24th
• We'll be meeting again the days after for "julefrokost" – Christmas lunch - with lots of different fish dishes.
