Daily Practice

I'm writing a daily email. And if you're in the process of building an audience,  I recommend that you do the same.

I had committed to a daily practice before – posting a drawing on Facebook every day - and it was life changing. Or, let's say.. business changing.

Not that publishing daily is easy. Here is how it felt in the beginning:

But it is worth it.  Because

1. you get feedback. Even "unsubscribes" are feedback. Btw. amazingly few people unsubscribed after I switched my emails from weekly to daily.

2. You'll find out what is interesting to write about. You discover your "thing".

3. You build a body of work. Maybe it will amount to a book one day?

And a million other reasons.

So, I went from raging against being forced into a schedule, to get used to it

And when I got good feedback, I even started enjoying my writing/publishing schedule!

So, I recommend that you give it a try. Write, draw, sing... and PUBLISH daily!

Would be great if you take up my advice, and let me know how it is going!
