I met with Simplero founder Calvin Correli for a sketching session. This is the software that I'm using daily, for my courses and emails.

And while working in Simplero, once in a while I see quirky little messages pop up when I'm working, like "you look good today". So I got curious about what is behind this all.

Drawing the Simplero user journey was easy, because I am the user. I just had to think back to the times when I tried to piece everything together!
