I did a Big Idea Sketchcast with Alex Baisley, who is the founder of the Big Dream Program –  life design for adventurous souls.

Alex has a wonderful approach to helping individuals merge their many interests and passions into a fulfilling life and career.

In the three stages of his program he helps people broaden their perspective, blend their interests, and generate a new model for life and work.

His big idea is to create a 'map' that aligns passions, work, and lifestyle. He tells the story about the two barbers, and of course also his own story - how he evolved from commercial diver to Reiki master to Big Dream Coach!
