Can you explain what you do in your business?

Sometimes you have to give a comprehensive overview of everything you help your clients with.

Or, you have to explain what you don't help your clients with.

Even if you don't have to explain anything, it is important to be clear about your customers' journey in your own head.

Being clear about your customers' journey is part of your expertise.

I don't know how others are doing this - I am sketching it out to understand it.
